PROJECT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

The successful applicant shall oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a
hotel construction project. He /She shall be responsible for ensuring that the project
is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Leads the planning and implementation of a hotel construction project from
conception to completion.
• Defines the project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develops full-scale project plans, timelines, milestones, monitors and tracks
progress.
• Manages project budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective
solutions.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project
stakeholders.
• Ensures that all construction activities comply with local building codes,
regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversees the preparation and submission of necessary documentation and
permits.
• Conducts regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identifies and manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation
strategies as necessary.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration among all project participants.
• Provides regular project updates and reports to senior management and
stakeholders.
• Ensures client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and
professionally.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry,
preferably in hotel or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety
regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera,
Procore).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
