* Comprehensive knowledge of applicant tracking programs, other recruiting applications, and other sourcing techniques.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
* A creative strategist who can do well in hectic settings.
* A versatile team player with excellent people skills.
* Adept at data administration, ERP technologies, and Microsoft Office software.
* The capacity to get pertinent data and the ability to understand that data.
